Comprehensive Laboratory Services: Your Key to Informed Healthcare Decisions

Lab Services are scientific tests on blood, body fluids and other specimens for documentation of normal and abnormal findings. Risk factors such as obesity, family history, underlying health conditions, etc. will determine the lab tests to be ordered by your provider.

When labs are ordered, the results are communicated to the patient and provider who will work together to create an individualized treatment plan as needed.

Appointments are requested by not required. No referrals are needed

For uninsured patients who qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale (based on family income and family size), there are no charges for labs.

For uninsured patients who do not qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale, labs are billed to the patient by Labcorp Inc. at reduced rates.
