It’s crucial to stick to your appointments with healthcare providers for several reasons.

We even send text message reminders about your appointment time because it matters a lot.

Occasionally, canceling a medical appointment is necessary due to childcare, transportation, or work schedules. In these situations, it’s vital to cancel and reschedule with as much notice as you can. Consistently canceling late or not showing up for appointments is not acceptable.

If you face barriers to attending appointments, speak with our Case Managers. They may assist with transportation needs.

Thank you for keeping your appointments. Your cooperation helps ensure efficient and effective healthcare for all.

HERE’S WHY
YOUR ATTENDANCE MATTERS:

Do not wait to schedule your appointment.

Kenosha Community Health Center has many appointment options in Kenosha and Silver Lake to meet your needs.
