What made you choose a healthcare career?
The health of my local community is important to me, and I chose a career in healthcare to promote the health and wellbeing of my fellow community members.

What types of care do you provide, and what sets your care apart?
I provide assessment and evidence-based individual and group-based treatment for adults with a goal to promote mental health, functional capacity, and quality of life. I work primarily from a Behavioral framework and am trained to provide evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

What is your patient care philosophy?
My patient care philosophy is to treat patients with respect by honoring their unique skills, values, and goals. I am committed to providing the most up-to-date, effective treatments to help patients develop skills to self-manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.

What can patients look forward to when they visit you?
My goal is to provide a safe environment for patients to care for themselves compassionately, develop strategies for healthy relationships with others, and to set and achieve personal goals. I strive to foster hope and build self-reliance in everyone I meet.
