What made you choose a healthcare career?
I chose a career in healthcare to help people live happier and healthier lives. I love serving the kids and families in our area to promote health and wellness for their whole lives. The impact a community can have by investing in the health promotion of kids is unmatched! Healthcare professionals of all types have made life-changing positive impacts on my life, and I hope to serve my community in the same way.

How does the work you do at KCHC make a difference in the lives of patients and our community?
KCHC is able to provide integrated medical, behavioral, and dental care like no one else in the area! I love being able to holistically support a family through the endless changes throughout childhood. Our patients are able to receive the care and support that they need to live healthy and happy lives. The way KCHC partners with community resources, provides outreach to local schools, and strives to meet care gaps is inspiring. The work I do at KCHC/Pillar Health makes a difference in our community as we see the needs arise and take action to meet those needs. I truly believe our whole community is impacted by the work we do!
