Dr. Ouimet is a results-driven, strategically focused healthcare executive who is working with individuals and groups throughout Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth counties to develop a new, accessible and affordable model of primary healthcare to address unmet needs for medical, dental, and behavioral care.

She is a transformational leader with extensive experience in redesigning care delivery who believes that the best care is based on an understanding of the unique needs of the individuals, groups, and populations within the community being served. Dr. Ouimet has led the design and delivery of high-quality care services for over thirty-two years in large hospital systems, private practices, and most recently in the community health center setting.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Marquette University; a Master of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in Executive Leadership from Marquette University.
