The Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC) belongs to the community. Our vision and mission are directed by a Board of Directors comprised of local volunteers and professionals of which over half are patients who call Kenosha their home. We seek to earn your trust so we can work with you to understand your unique health and wellness needs.
Community Health Centers serve as the beacon of strength, service, and care in communities across the United States and serve as the primary medical home for nearly 30 million people in more than 12,000 communities across America. KCHC opened its first location in 1995 and has been evolving to meet the needs of the community ever since.
Our Mission: Provide patient-centered, integrated health care with excellence in access, quality, and service for everyone.
KCHC offers Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services. KCHC has five clinic locations in Kenosha County, including Pillar Health, our newest location on the north side of Kenosha.
Pillar Health is unique and provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services in a health home model. This model places patients and families at the center of care delivered by a team and uses evidence-based approaches and referrals to resources to address their individualized health and social needs.
The success of KCHC and Pillar Health is due to many people who have been involved over the years. We appreciate the support, leadership and dedication of everyone who was and continues to be part of our story.
