We’re proud to welcome Dr. Rita Philip to the dental team at Pillar Health and Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC)!

Dr. Philip began her professional journey with us in March 2025, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, a compassionate approach, and a strong commitment to patient care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in Nigeria. Fluent in English, conversational in Malayalam, French and familiar with Spanish, Dr. Philip strives to make every patient feel comfortable and understood.

Why Dentistry?

Dr. Philip chose a career in healthcare to help people overcome pain and improve their quality of life. A self-described “people person,” she finds purpose in delivering care that not only reduces discomfort but also enhances confidence and overall well-being. “Making a positive difference in people’s lives through dentistry is truly rewarding,” she says.

Her Impact at Pillar Health

At KCHC/Pillar Health, Dr. Philip dedicates herself to providing the highest standard of care—regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. She believes in using excellent tools, materials and technology to deliver high-quality dental care in a modern, welcoming environment. Her focus is on eliminating pain, treating disease, and helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
