We are thrilled to introduce Tracy Margetson, MSN-FNP, to the Pillar Health team. Joining us in February 2024, Tracy is now accepting new patients aged 5 and older. Her extensive educational background and dedication to patient-partnered care make her a valuable addition to our community. Tracy earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-FNP) from Chamberlain University, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN-RN) at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and received her Associate Degree in Nursing (AND-RN) from Gateway Technical College in Kenosha.

Tracy chose a career in healthcare because of her commitment to patient-partnered care. She believes in engaging and empowering patients through education and health promotion to help them achieve and maintain optimal health and longevity. Her career foundation is built on diverse experiences in long-term care, hospital inpatient care, and clinic outpatient settings. These roles revealed the significant unmet need for compassionate, patient-driven care, motivating her to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

At Pillar Health, Tracy’s work significantly impacts the lives of patients and the Kenosha County community and beyond. She understands the many factors that can negatively affect health and centers her care on a team approach. Tracy values effective communication with patients, internal care teams, and external specialists to provide optimal coordinated care. She has learned that trust must be earned, particularly regarding the health and well-being of patients and their loved ones. By partnering with patients, Tracy develops individualized care plans that address unique physical, social, mental, and emotional needs, working together to overcome barriers and improve health outcomes for individuals and the community.
