June 19, 2018 – Work has begun on the site located at 902 S.  2nd Street in Silver Lake.  Once open, the new clinic in the Village of Salem Lakes will make Kenosha Community Health Center’s services more readily available to Western Kenosha County residents. The clinic will be staffed with medical, dental, and behavioral health care teams, filling gaps in coverage for the community’s health care needs. Our providers deliver patient-centered care addressing a variety of appointment types and concerns such as chronic disease management, preventative screenings and immunizations, family planning, behavioral health interventions, general dentistry, hygiene care, tooth extractions, and restorations among many others.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace and private health insurance plans, as well as offer a sliding scale fee based on income and family size to ensure that no patient will ever be turned away, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay.We look forward to being closer to our families in Western Kenosha County!Ahmad Landrum, Community Relations Director  •  Phone: (262) 925-1665  •  Email: [email protected]
